That movie gives me nightmares!! It was a great movie but as a real estate investor it gives me the shivers. :)
Most definitely, I just saw it over the weekend! While watching it, I kept saying to myself "Stop the madness!" - full on rehabs can be like peeling an onion, you never know what you're going to find underneath. Thanks for stopping by!
